Course Overview

Pre-Exposure Prophyaxis, more commonly known as PrEP, prevents HIV infection if and when someone is exposed to the virus. As of June 2022, almost 60,000 people have accessed PrEP at least once and worldwide data shows falling rates of new HIV infections where PrEP coverage is good in high-risk populations. This course will inform you about PrEP and the dosing schedule for oral and injectable PrEP.
