Funded by the World Health Organisation, ASHM provided technical assistance to support the National HIV program in the Philippines to achieve the Philippines AIDS medium term plan 2016- 2022 and HIV Health Sector Plan Targets. The scope of work included mapping of nation-wide service delivery networks for young key population services, developing a theory of change to improve the integration and impact of these interventions, and developing and strengthening care pathways for young key populations in the Philippines.
