ASHM is working with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to support HIV and sexual health response activities under The Global Fund in Fiji and other Pacific Islands in two ways:

  • By working with and strengthening civil society organisations to connect with health facilities and support the HIV response throughout the Pacific; and

  • Providing health provider capacity strengthening through online education sessions for HIV/STIs and clinical mentoring.

“It is family”: Strengthening HIV peer networks in the Pacific

ASHM and PSGDN, in collaboration with FJN+, brought together emerging peer mentors from across the Pacific for an educational and empathetic workshop in Fiji.
