About the Position
The Senior Project Officer position sits within the National Policy and Education Division (NPED) and reports to the Program Manager. The position provides direction and coordination for a range of programs and related committees. This includes:
- Liaising with clinical advisors and other stakeholders
- Evaluation of programs
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for collaboration and growth
- Writing and stakeholder engagement for policy and advocacy activities
Interested candidates must have a tertiary qualification in health, fields allied to health, education or public policy. With your previous experience in project management including reporting on budgets, you will be confident in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships at both an operational and strategic level. Excellent written communication skills are also required to write, proof and edit a range of materials. These skills must be supported by strategic and critical thinking, to help respond to emerging issues and shape the direction of the program.
