About ASHM
ASHM is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to representing healthcare professionals in HIV, blood borne viruses (BBVs) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH). We deliver training, develop the resources and guidelines, run the conferences and advocate passionately for the needs of our members and communities.
About You
The position of Policy and Compliance Manager will work with the Senior Management Team to ensure all internal compliance and external regulatory requirements are met. This includes internally ensuring staff understanding of the compliance framework and reviewing, updating and maintaining the policy register.
With a background in governance, legal, auditing or project management and a few years’ experience in these areas, you will have confidence liaising with all levels across multiple divisions within the organisation. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be utilised when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and activities related to external reporting and accreditation requirements.
As a self-starter, who is able to work independently, you will have a pro-active mindset with good time management and be ready to develop your governance skills further.
