Feedback and Complaints

You can offer feedback or file a complaint about our organisation or a program by phone, mail, in person or via the form below. Upon receipt, your input undergoes internal review for resolution. For concerns of serious misconduct—corruption, illegality, etc.—or if standard reporting poses identification or reprisal risks, our whistleblower policy offers an alternative avenue.

To report a child protection concern related to ASHM Health (including ASHM projects), please fill out the form on the Child Protection Policy page. A response will be provided within 7 days.

If you are not satisfied with the response and believe our organisation has breached the ACFID Code of Conduct, you can lodge a complaint with the ACFID Code of Conduct Committee by sending an email to [email protected].
