For On Demand courses, you will receive a Statement of Attendance certificate immediately upon completion. 

For virtual and face-to-face courses, we will aim to send your Statement of Attendance certificate within four weeks of the end of a course. It is important that you complete all the required pre-course and/or post-course activities part of your course. If these activities have not been completed, we will not be able to send you a certificate. 

Statements of attendance are only issued to participants who stay online and actively participate for the majority of the course.
