Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course and its components, participants will be able to:
- Summarise current syphilis epidemiology and outbreak trends relevant to clinical practice.
- Recognise key clinical presentations of syphilis, including atypical and asymptomatic infection.
- Apply current guidelines for syphilis testing, interpretation, and management.
- Describe the role of partner notification and contact tracing in syphilis control.
- Increase confidence in discussing and managing syphilis in routine clinical care.
