Based on the paper Mental Health and wellbeing through COVID-19: Support for the Health Workforce, Ms Ruth Hennessy Senior Clinical Psychologist, Dr David Baker and Nurse Practitioner Kurt Andersson-Noorgard discussed many of the workplace stressors currently being experienced by frontline health care workers, including receptionists and other ancillary staff.
