The Prison Forum brings together health professionals working in Queensland correctional centres and those providing in-reach or telehealth services to consider and develop improvements in hepatitis C testing, treatment and patient experience.
The Prison Forum will showcase evidence-based practices within the correctional environment to deliver high quality care in pursuit of elimination of hepatitis C whilst acknowledging the limitations of healthcare delivery with a focus on point-of-care testing and the continuation of care from corrections to the community.
