Course overview
This one-hour, self-paced eLearning course is designed for frontline healthcare workers who support people from hepatitis C priority populations identified in the Fifth National Hepatitis C Strategy. The course is structured into four short, interactive modules that explore the priority populations for hepatitis C and their unique health needs and practical ways to provide tailored, stigma-free support that enables people to engage in hepatitis C care.
By drawing on real-world examples and case studies, the course highlights how healthcare workers can reduce barriers, challenge stigma, and integrate hepatitis C care into different settings, including alcohol and other drug (AOD) services, mental health, housing and homelessness services, and correctional health.
