QPP is proud to be part of a Care Finder consortium alongside Micah Projects and Community Queensland, supporting people who face barriers navigating the aged care system.

About the role

You will also have an excellent understanding of current reforms and ongoing implementations of change within the aged care sector.

You’ll collaborate with Care Finder partners across the consortium, contribute to system integration across health and aged care, and help create safer, more inclusive pathways for people ageing with HIV and for LGBTQIA+ communities.

In return, QPP offers an environment that supports both community and staff to reach their goals. This includes a strong focus on work/life balance, continuous professional development, and working within an inspiring, peer-led organisation.
