Overview

This form is a platform through which s100 prescribers can submit cases and questions to seek specialist review and advice.

REACH-B Advice has been designed for current community hepatitis B s100 prescribing clinicians. It is not for community members or general clinicians. If you are not a prescriber but have a question for ASHM please contactHBVPrescriber@ashm.org.au.

The online Reach-B Form provides a time effective option to receive specialist support within 48 hours.

REACH-B Advice was developed in collaboration with the Kirby Institute at the University of NSW as a complement to their REACH-B Project.
