Course overview

Primary care nurses have a significant role to play in the care and management of people in the community with Advanced Liver Disease (ALD) and knowledge of ALD signs and symptoms will increase primary care nurse’s opportunity to identify ALD in their patients.  Primary care nurses are integral to the care and management of many other chronic diseases so are well placed to support patients with ALD.
