About You
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the coordination of health education programs. You’ll assist with logistics for training events (both digital and in-person), contribute to special projects, and help improve internal systems. Strong organisational and communication skills, plus the ability to manage competing priorities, are key. Experience in health or international development is a plus.
You’ll support multiple education programs through logistics, communication, data management, and content coordination using tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Outlook, and our CRM—so tech curiosity and an eagerness to learn will be key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of in-person and online training events
- Coordinate logistics: bookings, travel, stakeholder comms, scheduling
- Assist with email and phone enquiries, CRM data entry, and reporting
- Help develop course materials, digital tools, and standardised processes
- Provide occasional after-hours online support during digital events
- Contribute to special projects and internal system improvements
- Have an eye for practical solutions and operational improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in Public Health, International Development, or a related field – bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in the not-for-profit or healthcare sector
- Familiarity with CRMs, design software (e.g. Canva), or learning management systems
- Interest in project management or digital service delivery
Skills and Abilities
- Confident using digital tools and technology
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in administration and/or coordinating events or logistics
- Collaborative and positive team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy
- Quick to learn and adapt to new digital systems
- Committed to ongoing professional development in a supportive team environment
