Background: Consultant are located across the globe and have a range of expertise and thematic skills.
As part of building the foundational skills of emerging consultants, sound knowledge on effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices are often a requirement of the assignment.
Target Audience: This on-demand training platform is targeted at upskilling emerging consultants working on HIV/TB assignments through the TSM. Skills developed will be applicable across all regions.
Overview: This on-demand training introduces participants to key concepts of M&E that will better support them to provide the data needed to: 1) guide the planning, coordination and implementation of the HIV/TB response; 2) assess the effectiveness of the HIV/TB response; 3) identify areas for program improvement in their countries and regions and how to communicate change.
