Karen is the program lead for the Timor-Leste HIV community testing project, BBV, SH and Covid-19 regional advisory group, ASHM WHO paediatric webinar series. With a background in Public Health and Health Promotion, Karen has extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health programs and campaigns both in Government and the NGO sector. She's passionate about using creative communications approaches to tell stories and change behaviours, in collaboration with communities, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
