The Event Administration role is an entry-level position, ideal for a business administration or events management graduate. You will provide high level administrative and logistical support to the Conference and Events Division, including stakeholder engagement, conference promotion, booking travel, data entry and database management. This role will include interstate and at times international travel.
You will have well-developed written communication skills and a high-level of verbal communication skills. Candidates must be confident, with strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work within a team environment to meet strict deadlines and undertake a range of support functions.
If you have tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Events Management (or working towards), and/or equivalent experience, we would love to hear from you. Excellent computer skills are also required and experience with an event management system, such as EventsAir, is desirable.
